Spray Applied Polyurethane Foam system
CILPolyFoam rigid polyurethane systems are two compo- nents based blended polyol and polymeric MDI Polyfoam resin component is medium viscosity blend of polyols, fire retardants blowing agent, surfactants and catalyst. Poly- foam Isocyanate (commonly called MDI), polyfoam systems are available in four nominal density grades 40,45,50 and 55 Kg.m3. the system have 1:1 volume mix ratio and the preferred sprays equipment is the Gusmer machine (FF of H-2) with model D type gun.
